Kwanza: One-Bedroom Retreat with an Open-Air Bath above the Rift Valley

Kwanza sits on the edge of the escarpment, with the East African Rift Valley falling away beneath a glass-fronted deck. A broad roof overhangs the terrace and frames the view, so you can enjoy it in sun, shade or passing cloud.

The space

A spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a dedicated work station and a private en-suite bathroom. The open-plan living area has a sofa that extends into a second bed measuring 200 x 160 cm, comfortably sleeping two adults. A dining table inside makes meals easy when you would rather stay in, and glazed walls open the whole space to the valley.

The deck

A 42.7 m² private deck with a lounge sofa, an outdoor dining table and a freestanding bathtub set at the glass edge. Soak with the valley laid out in front of you, or take your morning coffee here and watch the haze lift off the plains.

The kitchen

A well-equipped kitchen for preparing your own meals, handy for longer stays.
